Philip is a native of Winston-Salem, NC, and naturally a lover of Krispy-Kreme doughnuts. He is a passionate fan of the Atlanta Braves and the UNC Tarheels. He and his wife, Whitney, have been married since 2015! They welcomed the cutest little girl, Hallie, into their family in 2020 and the most handsome boy, Brett, into their family in 2024! Philip is a Johnson University graduate and strongly desires to see teenagers grow deeper in their relationship with Christ. He leads weekly teachings for the High and Middle School groups and plans events and trips throughout the year. His goal in ministry is to see teenagers love and serve the community around them so others see Christ in them.
